Pork fat rules!

My Dad and Mom hosted a barbecue this weekend for about 20 friends and relatives. For the party, I was up at 5:30 a.m., helping my Dad smoke a Boston pork butt. You see, I'm the official food taster. Fourteen hours later, it was scrumptious. When it comes to pork, I'm with Emeril: "pork fat rules!"
